- Two copies of a manuscript transcription of the Arabic text of the beginning of the “Dīwān Kedes”. In his Zur Geschichte des arabischen Schattentheaters in Egypten, Kahle mentioned this text and edited a specimen of this manuscript purchased in Egypt from al-Qaššāš, which is now preserved in Kahle’s Archive. Enclosed, drafts of Kahle’s Zur Geschichte des arabischen Schattentheaters in Egypten, in part manuscript and in part typewritten.
