Introduction
- This section includes all documents that have been found inside Kahle's books. In many cases they are loose leaves; in other cases, these documents - bearing annotations, etc. - had been bound together with the printed book. Bound or loose leaves, in respect of the connection between the archive and the library, these documents have been preserved inside the book (or the offprint) in which they have been found. They are dived into typological groups (notes, correspondence) and, inside these groups, in order of shelfmark. The description concerns the document, but shelfmark and essential bibliographical information of the book are provided.
